My name is Jodie Schenk – After a successful 30 year teaching career, I’m using those same honed teaching skills to educate and communicate with my customers/clients who are buying and selling real estate. I pride myself in timely and understandable communication and I take time to explain the buying/selling process to ensure that transactions are completed smoothly. I am part of an amazing team that helps that happen!

I absolutely LOVE my job and the relationships that are built with my clients. Just like teaching, a trust filled partnership alleviates stress as we work towards a common goal. It is so exciting to watch a couple find their first home, a family find their forever home or a client selling a current home – I take pride and ownership in my work!

In my free time, I am a mom of a 18 year old and 20 year old and blessed to be the wife of an amazing man. I volunteer to serve early morning “breakfast” five days a week to the pups at Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary – yes I can help you find the perfect fur baby for your home too! I was honored to be a guardian on Mission 61 - The Old Glory Honor Flight and am a member of the First Morning Optimists in Ashwaubenon.

My name is Scott Conradt and I joined the real estate world in August of 2021. It truly has been an honor to work with such an honest and caring team.

I am a local boy who grew up in Ashwaubenon.  I earned an undergrad degree from UW Madison and a Master’s from Viterbo University.  For the past 28 years I have thoroughly enjoyed interacting with students and parents as a science teacher/athletic director. I take pride in being extremely organized, detailed, and authentic in my approach to all that I do.  I continue to utilize my past educator experiences of making connections and developing relationships to guide me as a real estate professional.

I have been happily married to my wife Brenda for 25 years. We have 3 wonderful children who we have been blessed to watch grow into young adults: Bailey, Kennedy, and Karleigh. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, biking, and traveling. 

My name is Renee Wills. I have resided in the Green Bay area since the early 90s. This community is a great place to live and work. There’s a reason why Green Bay was rated the number one city in 2023! I was born and raised in Iron River, Michigan, a Yooper at heart. My family and I continue to spend time at our “camp” in the Houghton/Hancock area of Upper Michigan. 

I studied Special Education at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  After graduation I began work in the Ashwaubenon School District as a Special Education Teacher where I have been for the past 29 years. Becoming a realtor is the icing on the cake to my teaching career.  Helping people achieve their dreams, accomplish their goals, and educate them along the way is a passion of mine. I am committed to providing my clients with the highest level of customer service, whether it’s buying or selling their home.  Schenk Realty LLC has continued to leverage my know-how and experience to exceed my clients’ expectations. I am honored to be part of this amazing team.  

In my free time, I am an avid tennis player and enjoy spending time at the local tennis courts playing with friends and family. If you don’t see me playing, you may catch me coaching middle school students.  I also enjoy spending time with my high school sweetheart and husband of 31 years along with my two grown children, Morgan and Nolan.
